Twenty-two New Airline Pilots

Over the past few months, twenty-two students trained at Cantor Air have achieved a milestone that, for many, represents both the culmination of years of sacrifice and the beginning of an extraordinary new professional journey: joining an airline.

Ryanair, Wizz Air, ITA Airways, Fly D.A.T. and Malta Air are among the airlines that have welcomed these young pilots, recognizing the preparation, commitment and determination they demonstrated throughout their training.

To those looking at these numbers from the outside, they may simply appear to be the successful outcome of a training programme. For those who live and breathe aviation every day, however, they represent much more.

Behind every hiring decision lies more than a successful selection process. There is a story of hard work, study, determination and passion. There are young men and women who chose to dedicate years of their lives to an ambitious goal, undertaking a path that demands discipline, consistency and the ability to believe in a dream even during the most challenging moments.

Some students joined the academy while still in their teenage years, carrying with them a dream of flying that had been with them since childhood. Others chose this path after different educational or professional experiences, leaving behind certainties and familiar routines to pursue a passion too strong to ignore. Some completed their training far from home, while others balanced flight training with work or university studies.

Different journeys. Different experiences. Different stories.

Yet all united by one fundamental characteristic: determination.

The determination not to give up when challenges arose, to keep studying when the examinations seemed endless, and to approach every briefing, every flight and every obstacle with the understanding that meaningful achievements require time, commitment and perseverance.

For us, seeing these young pilots wear an airline uniform is always something special.

It means witnessing the completion of a project built over time, shaped by personal growth even before professional development. It means seeing students who once attended their very first briefing, excited simply to stand in front of an aircraft, and who are now ready to take on the responsibility of carrying passengers across Europe.

It is a satisfaction that goes far beyond any statistic.

Because behind those numbers are faces, names, emotions and dreams fulfilled. There are families who supported their children, instructors who guided them throughout their training, and young people who chose to invest everything in a dream that has now become reality.

Every new pilot entering the airline industry also serves as an example for the students who are just beginning their own journey today. A powerful reminder that great achievements are not built overnight, but through hundreds of small steps taken with consistency, dedication and confidence.

Today, we want to celebrate these twenty-two young pilots not only for the result they have achieved, but for the journey that brought them here.

For the passion they demonstrated.
